The mission of the HOPE Foundation is to support educational leaders over time in creating school cultures where failure is not an option for any student.

Our Vision

We are a leadership organization that is internationally recognized for re-culturing school communities and sustaining student success by collaborating with schools and districts on a long-term basis to build leadership capacity. In addition, the HOPE Foundation connects leading practitioners, researchers and youth advocates worldwide to build a common knowledge-base of best practices for educating all students.

Our Guiding Principles

We understand that leadership requires a sense of mission and vision that is driven by passion, practicality and courage. We also recognize that the foundation of successful leadership comes from effectively creating, nurturing and channeling relationships toward shared goals. Our role is to model these qualities as we foster them in leaders whose work will change the lives of our youth. At the same time, we are mindful of our realities in order to cultivate our own physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth.
