Dr. Deborah L. Wortham is the President and CEO of Wortham Educational Associates.  She possesses many years experience in planning and implementing leadership strategies that meet student needs. Her assets include an understanding of the importance of school culture in the attainment of educational goals.

Kari Cocozzella is the Executive Director of Elementary Schools in Adams Twelve Five Star School District located in Thornton, Colorado.  She served as principal at Coyote Ridge Elementary School in Broomfield, Colorado for seven years where the school has been accredited with exemplary academic distinction.

Darrell "Coach D" Andrews is known worldwide as America's Passion Coach. Darrell Andrews Enterprises has been contracted to work with school districts, non-profit organizations, community agencies and state governments with the goal of increasing youth motivation towards academic success, youth leadership and advocacy.

Kent Julian is founder and president of Live It Forward LLC, a wildly successful endeavor which exists to empower a new generation of individuals and leaders to break through "ordinary barriers" and live WAY BEYOND their average. Scott Taylor is the principal of Crestwood Elementary School in the Lindbergh School District in St. Louis County, Missouri. Under Scott’s direction, Crestwood has made exceptional gains on state achievement tests. For five years in a row, Crestwood has been named to Missouri “Top 10” lists for high achievement.

Dr. McKenna has developed and implemented the Tonawanda City School District's Balanced Reading and Writing Program as part of his dissertation at SUNY Buffalo. The program was instrumental in helping the District win a National Blue Ribbon of Excellence and all schools being honored with the High Achieving Gap Closing School Award from the New York State Department of Education.

Dr. Ingrid Carney, Ph.D., is the Founder and CEO of Carney for Kids Educational Consulting. Carney for Kids specializes in Executive Leadership Coaching, School and District improvement, the 10 Boys Initiative to close achievement gaps, as well as customized workshops. Dr. Carney has a long and distinguished career in public education reform spanning nearly 38 years.

Maggie Pagan is a National PD/ELL Specialist providing PD presentations and training nationwide. She has had extensive experience in the field of Second Language Acquisition; Literacy Development with ELLs and Multicultural Education. Her experiences include: PD Manager, National PD Consultant, ELL Specialist, Full time University Faculty and K-12 Classroom teacher.

Karla Reiss is the award winning author of Leadership Coaching for Educators; Bringing Out the Best in School Administrators. She founded The Change Place, LLC in 2004, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to the continuous improvement of individuals, teams and organizations after 30 years in education, publishing and sales.
