Deborah Wortham
Dr. Deborah L. Wortham is the President and CEO of Wortham Educational Associates. She possesses many years experience in planning and implementing leadership strategies that meet student needs. Her assets include an understanding of the importance of school culture in the attainment of educational goals. She has served as a teacher (selected Teacher of the Year), facilitator, assistant principal, principal (elementary, K-8 and high school), and director of professional development, assistant superintendent and superintendent.
