The Failure Is Not an Option® Overview is designed as an interactive workshop focusing on introducing participants to the Failure Is Not an Option® Six Principles That Guide Student Achievement in High Performing Schools. Participants have the opportunity to develop an in depth overview of the principles and create a plan of action with the intention of building a sustainable learning community.


Outcomes:

  • Participants will have a thorough understanding of the Failure Is Not an Option® Six Principles
  • Develop an understanding of how these principles work to build a system supporting school improvement
  • Actively engage in collaborative processes to build shared knowledge and understanding of their current work
  • Develop plans for action to focus work based on the FNO Principle
